Name(s) of your tenants and rental property's information
Have the names of your new tenants handy so you know who the letter will be directed to. You will also need the name and adress of the property you will be leasing them.
Property Manager Information
Have the name, contact information and availability of your property manager available to be provided on this letter so your tenants know who to contact if they require assitance.
Payment Agreement
Set out the day of every month in which rent is due in order to avoid any issues with rent payment.
What's a Landlord Welcome Letter?
What's a Landlord Welcome Letter?
A Landlord Welcome Letter is a written document welcoming your new tenants to their home with a friendly greet; it provides important information that will be useful for both parties if needed in the future. It also gives you the opportunity to remind your new tenants of their current lease agreement and how it will be conducted. By setting out information like the property manager's information, payment schedule and more, you will likely set the right foot for a relationship between both parties that hopefully will last for years.
